Video Shows 2-Year Old Being Taught To Smoke Pot

Wisconsin Mother Now Enrolled In Parenting Classes

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS) ― A Wisconsin mother has turned her life around nearly 7 months after being arrested for giving her young son marijuana, CBS station WFOR-TV in Miami reports.

On a cell phone video, recently released by Menomonee Falls police, Krystle Weber's 2-year old son can be seen smoking a marijuana joint, urged on by two of Weber's friends.

On the tape you can hear Weber say "I swear to God, I better not get in trouble for this."

They did. Weber and her two friends, Sean Held and Dane Ashley, were all charged with giving marijuana to the boy. All pleaded guilty to the charge.

Now, 7 months later, Weber's attorney say she's turned her life around; she's gainfully employed and has been doing everything in her power to better her life and the life of her son. Weber is taking parenting classes and the court has allowed her to retain custody of the boy.
