Students at Chapman University in Orange should feel warmer and fuzzier after an experiment next week, but will they be smarter?
The school's Active Minds club plans to have 10 puppies at the campus library Wednesday to help de-stress students during cram sessions for finals.
Sophomore Jennifer Heinz helped organize "Furry Friends for Finals." She says petting and playing with the puppies will help fellow students relax before tests.
Just in case the Yorkie, Maltese, pug and dachshund pups aren't enough, the mental awareness group also plans to supply pamphlets on mental health and well-being.
