Clipping Grocery Store Coupons Virtually

Online coupon provider CoolSavings.com says more people are printing out grocery store coupons at home because of the current economic state.

The site says consumers are printing an average of 500,000 coupons each month to use in-store.  That's about a third more than at the same time last year.

Watch out for counterfiet coupons though - stores won't accept them.  How do you know if what you have printed is legit?  Changes are if you got it through an email forward, or if it sounds too good to be true, it won't work once you're at the cash register.  Also, you can go to the website of the store in question to see if they have a post about a certain coupon making the rounds.  You can also do a search on snopes.com.

Here are the sites where you can find legitimate coupons to print and save on your next grocery bill:

coolsavings.com

coupons.com

smartsource.com

Also, don't forget to check out your favorite grocery store's website.  It will often have some special offers you can print out and take to the store with you.
