eBay Lawsuit, UFO Surge Protector & FHM's Sexiest

A good feedback score is crucial to doing lots of successful eBay business.  Negative marks can hurt you, but what about a "neutral?"  A Seattle-area man was sued for $10,000 when he left neutral feedback for a seller!  It cost him $500 to hire a lawyer, but the suit was thrown out by a very rational judge.

If you've ever purchased a surge protector to get a bunch of new outlets, you quickly realize after a few bulky plugs, you only get to use a few of those outlets since the rest are covered up.  A company called ezGear came up with a solution - a UFO shaped surge protector that handles six bulky plug adapters at the same time!
