Belichick, Moss Silent On Davis' Accusation

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) ― Patriots coach Bill Belichick is declining comment on a tampering accusation leveled against his team by Raiders owner Al Davis.

Belichick was asked Wednesday about Davis' statement and said that the Patriots are concentrating on Sunday's game against the 49ers in San Francisco. New England wide receiver Randy Moss also declined comment Wednesday.

Davis said Tuesday that the Patriots tampered with Moss before they obtained him from Oakland in a trade during last year's NFL draft. Davis made the statement after a news conference in which he announced the firing of his coach, Lane Kiffin.
