2007: Year Of The Recall

Recalls used to be mundane notices consumers hardly noticed, but recently more and more commonplace items are being recalled over fears of e. Coli, lead or even date rape drug poisoning. These are some of the more newsworthy recalls over the past year.

Another childhood mainstay, the Easy-Bake Ovens, were recalled because of reports of kids getting their fingers caught in them, and sometimes suffering burns.
