Stand Up To Cancer

Major networks and some of today's biggest stars joined forces at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood to "Stand Up To Cancer." The event -- hosted by CBS's Katie Couric, NBC's Brian Williams and ABC's Charlie Gibson --aimed to raise awareness about the disease, as well as funds for critical research.

Neil Patick Harris, who plays Barney Stinson on CBS's hit show, "How I Met Your Mother," told Jenn McBride that he has lost close friends to cancer.
