Convicted sex offender Oscar A. Corea, 37, was on parole for sexual battery when he was arrested again in the Northern California city of Richmond. Corea allegedly posed as an AT&T executive looking to hire personal assistants or telemarketers. Police believe Corea enticed women to come to "fictitious job interviews at area hotels or businesses, promising his victims high wages and company cars."
