NewsCentral's Pat Harvey celebrated 20 wonderful years with KCAL 9 Friday, and the Los Angeles City Council recognized her anniversary and achievements by proclaiming Oct. 30, 2009, as Pat Harvey Day. The started with a ceremony at City Hall and was followed by a celebration at the NewsCentral newsroom where city officials, law enforcement and CBS notables congratulated Pat on her illustrious career.
