STORM WATCH: Wacky Weather Hits Southland

Rain and hail are not so unusual in Southern California -- but in May?! Southern Californians are understandably excited about the rain, the hail and the snow in Big Bear, but not so much about some of the havoc it has wreaked in burn areas and on freeways unaccustomed to fast-moving storms.
