According to TMZ.com, Shauna Sand, aka the former Mrs. Lorenzo Lamas and a former Playboy Playmate, is fighting the distribution of a sex tape Sand made with a current boyfriend. Vivid Entertainment got their hands on the tape and plans on releasing it October 2009. Sand, meanwhile, through her attorney has sent a "cease and desist" letter, according to TMZ. The lawyer maintains the tape (which Vivid is calling "Shauna Sand eXposed") "was not created or intended for sale or public distribution." Sand told TMZ she's made several tapes and never wanted any of them made public. Huffington Post referred to the tape as "raunchy and explicit."
