Rielle Hunter holds a video camera as she tapes former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards during on Dec. 29, 2006 campaign stop in Portsmouth, N.H. Former Edwards aide Andrew Jones purported to have a copy of a sex tape featuring Edwards that he said was found in possessions that Hunter left in his home. She, in turn, sued to have the tape returned to her saying Jones obtained it without her permission.
