Las Vegas police say rap artsist Too Short was Too Inebriated August 27, 2009 causing them to pull him over. Short, whose real name is Todd Shaw, was arrested for DUI, and added TMZ, possession of pot, speeding and exhibition of power -- which the site translates into "burning rubber." Short's August 2009 arrest for DUI, reported TMZ, was his second bust, also in Vegas, for DUI in less than three months.
