Apparently, a lot of celebrities haven't gotten the memo about the evils and dangers of driving while intoxicated. Fortunately, most of the time they've been busted, innocent lives were not lost.

Former NFL wide receiver Charles Rogers was arrested on suspicion of DUI Sept. 17, 2009. (In Michigan, where the former Detroit Lion was arrested, the formal charge is OWI -- operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.) Police said they found Rogers passed out behind the wheel of his car, with the vehicle running and in gear in the city of Novi. In an interview with ESPN in summer of 2006, Rogers admitted to smoking pot during his playing days and said he got hooked on pain pills while playing for Detroit.
