Carjacking Suspect Arrested After Chase

LAPD officers Monday arrested a carjacking suspect who led them on a wild, high-speed pursuit through the San Fernando Valley.

When a hub cab flew off the vehicle, which was allegedly stolen, the suspect abandoned the car on the 101 Freeway.

The suspect then ran across the freeway, where he was arrested.

At times, the suspect drove more than 100 miles per hour, while darting in and out of traffic.
