Celebrities Involved In Plane Crashes

Unfortunately, small plane crashes that claim the lives of celebrities seem all too common. Here's a look at some of the fallen.

Luckily no one was killed on September 21, 2005, when Jet Blue's 320 Air Bus made an emergency landing at LAX. The 140 passengers on the plane watched their own life-and-death drama unfold on TV's throughout the cabin. Celebs on the plane included "Hustle & Flow" actress Taryn Manning and "Desperate Housewives" and "One Life to Live" actor Tuc Watkins. The plane, enroute to NYC from Bob Hope airport, had a twisted front wheel immediately upon take off. The flight stayed aloft three hours, to burn off fuel, adding to the passenger's anxiety.
