CBS 2/KCAL 9 Team Up With Dodgers For 'ThinkCure!'

2nd Annual Radiotelewebethon Will Raise Funds For Cancer Awareness, Research

(CBS) The Los Angeles Dodgers are teaming up with CBS 2/KCAL 9 for the second annual ThinkCure! Radiotelewebethon taking place August 21 through 22.

More than $165,000 was raised last year for ThinkCure!, which raises awareness and funds for cancer research.

During this year's Radiowebethon, names of contributors and amounts raised will be shown live on the organization's Web site.

Donations can be made by visiting ThinkCure! or calling (866)554-CURE.

Dodger fans can also purchase one-of-a-kind memorabilia and experiences to benefit ThinkCure via an online auction, which runs Aug. 17 through 24.
