Schwarzenegger Could Face Recall Election

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (CBS) ― Governor Schwarzenegger got into office as the result of a recall against former Gov. Gray Davis.  Now Gov. Schwarzenegger is facing recall.

The California Correctional Peace Officers Association will file paperwork today to recall the governor, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
 
The prison guards union is upset about not receiving their raises this year.

The governor, who already has his hands full trying to get the state's budget under control is saying he will not be intimidated and will do what's best for Californians.
