Pet Tip Of The Week: Home Check-Ups

(CBS) Regular home check-ups for your pet are a great way to nip potential problems in the bud.

Check under your pet's fur for lumps, bumps, flakes or scabs. Look at the ears and the eyes for redness or discharge. And make a note of any changes in their eating or drinking habits.

If something seems off, call the vet right away!
