What are some of the things you love the most about life? When you are emotionally connected to certain activities and a certain quality of life you will spend more time engaged in those activities hopefully. Think about it. Are you living your life passionately engaged in activities that excite and define you? Or are you dreaming of those days after the kids leave the house, after you retire, after you make X amount of money? Do you dislike "exercise" but you love to hike, golf, ski, play tennis, kayak, swim, or dance? Is something preventing you from participating in the things you truly love to do or do you just need someone to push you to go and do those things for yourself? We're here to do just that.
Take time today to jot down the things in life that excite you. What would you do if you knew you could not fail? Where would you travel? What would your life look like? Believe it or not, this is a very important activity. We need to hold ourselves accountable for our dreams and make sure that life doesn't speed on by before we forget to live them. If we wait until "retirement" or until we reach some certain milestone, then we lose out on some of the fire that helps keep that dream alive. Don't get bogged down with responsibility and "to do's" and put off your interest and dreams. Trust your excitement and start living those dreams today.
