Simi Valley Passes New Water Restrictions
SIMI VALLEY, Calif. (CBS) ―
The city of Simi Valley wants its residents to go dry.
The city, in line with many other Southern California cities, is instituting new
water restrictions with the goal of reducing water usage by 15%.
Not everyone wants to follow the rules some business owners and residents are willing to pay fines.
However, there are some exceptions to the strict new watering rules. For example, a hose with a self-closing nozzle can be used outside the restricted hours if plans need more watering.
