By registering here, you're partnering with us in an innovative effort to change the rules in local television news here in Southern California, and to expand the number of "voices" contributing to our broadcasts at NewsCentral.

After we process your registration, we will send you a logon and instructions on how to upload video to our website for use on air. Then we'll send you a check for $50 for every one of your stories we use. That's the partnership: we both benefit.
