6 Hurt, 2 Critically, In Rubidoux 3-Car Crash

RUBIDOUX (CBS) ― Officials said six people were injured, two critically, in a three-vehicle crash Monday  in Rubidoux.

According to Cal Fire, the crash occured just before 1 p.m. on Crestmore Road at Loring Ranch Road.

Cal Fire-Riverside County spokeswoman Jody Hagemann said the two critical were trapped in wreckage until crews were able to extricate them, Hagemann said.

One patient was flown by helicopter to a hospital, and five more went in ambulances, Hagemann said.

The California Highway Patrol was investigating the crash.
