Seven teenagers in a sport utility vehicle have been arrested on weapons and gang allegations after a confrontation with Santa Ana police officers.
Cpl. Jose Gonzalez says SWAT officers on patrol stopped the SUV for a traffic violation early Sunday and a passenger ran from the vehicle.
Officers chasing the youth allegedly saw an SUV passenger point a gun at them and the officers fired at the vehicle.
No one was wounded.
Nineteen-year-old William Noyola and two 18-year-olds -- Reyes Jonathan Corona and Moises Arnaldo Flores -- were arrested.
Four minors were taken to Juvenile Hall.
