A man suffered stab wounds during an altercation inside a Seal Beach home Tuesday, authorities said.
The stabbing at 3521 Dahlia Circle was reported around 1:15 a.m., Seal Beach police Sgt. Paul Johnson said.
The victim had apparently walked out of the residence following the scuffle, in which he was stabbed three times in the back, and walked to Almond Avenue and Aster Street, where Orange County Fire Authority paramedics found him collapsed on the corner, according to reporters at the scene.
The victim was taken to Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition, Johnson said.
Officers investigating the stabbing were having a difficult time trying to pinpoint what happened because the residents inside the home have been
uncooperative, claiming they were sleeping during the incident, Johnson said.
