911 Operator Sentenced For Leaking Info To Gang

SANTA ANA (AP) ― A former 911 operator for the Orange County Sheriff's department has been placed on three years probation and time served for providing confidential sheriff's information to members of a white supremacist gang.

Lissa Marie Domanic of Yorba Linda was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty to soliciting an inmate's beating, furnishing a record to an unauthorized person and street terrorism.

Senior Deputy District Attorney Jim Mendelson says no beatings resulted from Domanic's actions and he did not elaborate on what information she passed along.

Domanic had worked as a 911 call taker for a year and a half when she was indicted by a grand jury last September and arrested.
