A woman has filed a lawsuit against celebrity fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander, claiming he raped her three years ago when she met with him at his Beverly Hills apartment.
Natalie Pack says she can no longer work and has suffered emotional trauma since her encounter with Alexander. Her lawsuit, filed in LA Superior Court, alleges fraud and seeks unspecified damages.
Pack says she traveled to Los Angeles from Boise, Idaho, in 2004, to meet Alexander, who had expressed interest in hiring her to model in a show.
Alexander was indicted earlier this month on 59 counts, including rape, sexual battery and committing a lewd act on a child. He has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to be arraigned October 25th.
