2 Found Dead In Monterey Park Shooting

Authorities are searching suspects in connection with shooting that left two people dead in Monterey Park Tuesday night.

The shootings were reported in the 200 block of North Chandler Avenue at 7:54 p.m. said Monterey Park police Sgt. Paul Yniguez.

The victims, a man and a woman, were pronounced dead at the scene, Yniguez said.

"All indicators now are that it's not a murder-suicide," Los Angeles County sheriff's Homicide Lt. Dave Dolson said early Wednesday morning. "The individuals were shot by an unknown suspect."
