LOS ANGELES Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa will spend his Sunday stumping in Nevada for Barack Obama.

Villaraigosa is set to start his day with the Painters and Allied Trades union in Henderson, Nev., then see off a group of canvassers in Las Vegas. He also will speak at a minority, small-business roundtable.

In the afternoon, Villaraigosa will attend a Latino early vote potluck and another canvassing kickoff in North Las Vegas.

Villaraigosa has interviews lined up with KLAS-TV, the Las Vegas CBS affiliate, Univision and radio stations in Reno. He's due back in Los Angeles Sunday night.

Illinois.

Villaraigosa introduced Obama at the 79th annual League of United Latin American Citizens convention in July.
