A man from Orange was hospitalized in serious condition Sunday after being attacked outside a karaoke bar in Stanton Saturday night.
The fight broke out shortly after 1:15 a.m. Saturday at Karaoke Phoenix on Beach Boulevard, the Orange County Register reported.
The 27-year-old victim and his girlfriend, who were at the karaoke bar first, were allegedly approached by three people.
According to Jim Amormino of the Orange County Sheriff's Department, a fight between the victim's girlfriend and 21-year-old Ngoc Bao Tran led the others to join in.
Part of the victim's scalp, as well as ear, were cut off, Amormino said. His name was withheld.
Amormino said Tran, along with 25-year-old Danny Thuong Vu and Duyen Kim Sok, 36, were arrested in Garden Grove.
