MISSION HILLS, Calif. (CBS) ― A mentally and physically disabled man from Mission Hills was reported missing, and authorities need the public's help in finding him.

Brandon Vincent Beebe, 21, was last seen Friday leaving the North Valley Occupational Center at 11450 Sharp Ave. in Mission Hills, said Los Angeles County sheriff's Detective T. Abraham.

Beebe has Cerebral Palsy and is mentally disabled, Abraham said.

He is 5 feet 11 inches and about 130 pounds, with blond hair, brown eyes, eyeglasses and wears a white plastic leg brace.

Beebe was last seen wearing blue jeans and a royal blue hooded sweatshirt with the word "Sideout" across the chest, said Abraham.

Anyone with information on Beebe's whereabouts should call the sheriff's department at (323) 890-5500.
