Kiefer Sutherland Nabs Famed Lawyer Richard Hutton

Blair Berk To Continue To Serve As Primary Attorney In DUI Case

LOS ANGELES (AP) ― The entertainment Web site CelebTV.com reports defense attorney Richard Hutton has been hired as an adviser in the Kiefer Sutherland DUI case.

Blair Berk will continue to serve as Sutherland's primary attorney.

CelebTV.com reports Hutton was recruited for his expertise since he represented Paris Hilton in front of Judge Michael Sauer, the same judge who will decide Sutherland's fate on driving-related probation violations.

Sutherland was charged last month with two misdemeanor counts of DUI. Police say they stopped Sutherland when they saw him make an illegal U-turn. He was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. Sutherland was leaving an LA nightclub where he was attending a Fox event at the time of his arrest.
