Child Airlifted After Falling From 2-Story Window

LOS ANGELES (CBS) ― A child, who reportedly fell from a second-story apartment window, was being airlifted to a Children's hospital in serious condition, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The girl, who was approximately 2-years-old, fell from the second-story of an apartment building in the 8500 block of Columbus Avenue in the North Hills area.

She was airlifted from the grounds of Sepulveda Middle School, which was nearby, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

No other information was immediately available.
