A United Airlines plane headed to Los Angeles from Boston was diverted to O'Hare International Airport in Chicago Wednesday night after about a dozen passengers became ill during the flight.

A United Airlines plane headed to Los Angeles from Boston was diverted to O'Hare International Airport in Chicago Wednesday night after about a dozen passengers became ill during the flight.
A Chicago Department of Aviation spokeswoman says United Flight 167 landed in Chicago around 8:30 p.m.
A Chicago fire spokesman says paramedics evaluated 12 to 14 people and four were taken to a hospital in fair condition.
A United spokesman says no food was served on the flight which had 138 passengers.
He says the people who became ill were traveling within the same tour group.
It's not known what made the passengers sick.
