Wax figures of all four Beatles brought in nearly $13,000 at the first auction in the 44-year history of the Hollywood Wax Museum.
"The Last Supper" -- wax representations of Jesus and the 12 disciples -- commanded more than $15,000 in the weekend auction that sold close to a half million dollars worth of statues, costumes and other memorabilia.
Fans also bid on Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman from "Batman Returns," Charlton Heston's Moses from "The Ten Commandments" and figures from the cast of "M..A..S..H."
The auction was administered by Profiles in History and a portion of the profits will support efforts to preserve Hollywood's historic Walk of Fame.
