Spears Denied Visitation Rights In Custody Battle

ANAHEIM (CBS) ― Britney Spears came to a Los Angeles courthouse for a hearing to seek visitation rights to her two little boys but she left before going into the courtroom.

A Superior Court spokesman says a commissioner took notice of Spears' absence and went ahead with the hearing Wednesday, but in the end made no changes in the existing order suspending her rights.

Spokesman Allan Parachini says Spears entered the building and went through security screening but suddenly stated that she wanted to leave.
