Firefighters Knock Down Blaze At Azusa Home

Firefighters Saturday knocked down a blaze that had engulfed an Azusa home on Hollyvale Street. (File)

A fire had engulfed an Azusa home Saturday, but no one was injured, fire officials said.
The fire broke out at around 11:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Hollyvale Street, near First Street, but the resident was able to get out unharmed, County Fire Dispatcher Ed Pickett said.
County firefighters declared the fire out at 11:56 p.m., Pickett said.
The cause of the blaze was not immediately known.
