Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife, Maria Shriver, will host the non-partisan Women's Conference Tuesday, bringing together more than 100 female newsmakers to discuss issues that matter most to women's lives.
More than 25,000 women from a diverse array of backgrounds will converge from Tuesday, Oct.27, to Wednesday, Oct. 28, at the Long Beach Convention Center.
Celebrity-studded panels will feature stars such as Actress Geena Davis, CBS Anchor and Managing Editor Katie Couric, Photographer Annie Leibovitz, New York Times Columnist Nicholas Kristof, and TV journalist Lisa Ling.
Other celebrities include singer and songwriter Alicia Keys, renowned conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall and "School on Wheels" Founder Agnes Stevens.
