TMZ: Tom Sizemore Allegedly Robs Verizon Store

LOS ANGELES (CBS) ― Actor Tom Sizemore was under investigation Thursday for allegedly stealing cell phones and other items from a Verizon Wireless store in Los Angeles.

The actor and another man were being investigated for grand theft, according to TMZ, but the LAPD was unable to confirm that an investigation was being conducted.

Sources say the alleged incident was caught on security video.

Sizemore's attorney said his client is "innocent until proven guilty," according to TMZ.
