Teen Crashes Car Into House, Trapping His Dad

A teen boy allegedly crashed a car into his home early Friday morning, trapping his father underneath the vehicle.

The accident was reported about 4:45 a.m. in the 700 block of North Occidental Avenue, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer April Harding.

The teen apparently mistook the gas for the brakes.

The teens in the car were not believed to have been drinking, according to an officer at the LAPD's Rampart Station.

The man was freed from the wreckage and taken to a hospital in stable condition.
