H.S. Teacher Arrested On Child Annoying Charge

VAN NUYS (CBS) ― The Los Angeles Police department reports that they have arrested a 59-year-old Van Nuys high school teacher on a child annoying charge.

Police say Iusmen Iusmen (same first and last name) was arrested Saturday for the misdemeanor charge of child annoying after he allegedly kissed a 17-year-old student -- on the cheeks and lips -- against her will.

Iusmen, a math teacher, also allegedly made inappropriate and sexually explicits comments to the 12th grader.

Iusmen reportedly has posted bail.

Van Nuys detective John Eum is asking any other current -- or former students -- who may have been subjected to inappropriate touching, kissing or sexual contact with Iusmen to call (818) 374-0090.
