Police Need Help To I.D. Man With Swastika Tattoo
MORENO VALLEY
The young male pedestrian who was gravely injured July 4th while crossing a street in Moreno Valley has died and police still have no idea who the victim is.
The man, about 19-20 years old, had a distinguising tattoo on his inner left forearm, say police. The tattoo resembles a swastika.
The victim is 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 160 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.
Police also said, given a tan line, the man likely wore an armband over the tattoo to cover it.
Sgt. Don Teagarden of the Moreno Valley Police Department said that no charges are pending against the motorist who is from Yucaipa.
The victim was crossing Alessandro Boulevard just after 10:20 evening Friday July 4. He was taken to Riverside County Regional Medical Center.
Anyone with information about the victim's identity is asked to call the Sheriff's Department at (951) 486-6900 or (951) 776-1099.
