Casino Burglary Attempt Thwarted By Back Doors
SAN JACINTO, Calif. (CBS) ―
Burglars attempting to break into the Soboba Casino were thwarted when they were unable to get past a second back door, authorities said.
One rear door at the casino on Soboba Road was forced open shortly before midnight Tuesday, according to a Riverside County Sheriff's Department statement.
The burglars, however, were unable to break through a second door and fled in a dark sedan, the statement said.
Both rear doors were significantly damaged, however nothing was stolen from the casino, authorities said.
