Teen Killed, 2 Wounded In Santa Ana Shooting

SANTA ANA (CBS) ―

A young man, 17, was fatally shot and two other people were wounded in gang-related attack at a Santa Ana apartment building, police said Saturday. Officers responding to report of a shooting at Durant St. at 9:39 Friday night found the fatally shot boy in front of the complex, Santa Ana police Cmdr. Steve Colon said.   

A second victim was taken to a hospital with a non-life-threatening wound, Colon said.

A third victim was taken to a hospital by family members, he said. Police withheld the names of the dead boy and the other two victims.
