CHP says a 29-year-old Long Beach man was killed when his truck collided with another on Route 138 Friday morning.

A 29-year-old Long Beach man was killed Friday morning when the truck he was driving collided with another truck, according to authorities.
The accident occured on State Route 138 east of Gorman, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The 29-year-old man was fatally injured about 12:15 a.m. near 300th Street West, which is about seven miles east of the Golden State (5) Freeway, the CHP reported.
The victim was identified as Erick Santizo-Galdames, according to Ed Winter of the coroner's office.
Authorities interviewed the other motorist, a 52-year-old Lancaster man, who was not injured. He was also not cited or arrested, according to the CHP.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
