Riverside Teen Fatally Shot Outside Gas Station

RIVERSIDE Police say an 18-year-old man was fatally shot Thursday morning outside a Riverside gas station.

Sean Mychal Soria of Riverside was in the parking lot of a Chevron station at 3390 La Sierra Ave. around 12:25 a.m. when he was shot in the upper torso, according to Riverside police.

Riverside police Sgt. Derwin Hudson said Soria ran into a business as the suspect fled.

The victim was pronounced dead at 2:57 a.m. at Riverside Community
Hospital.
