Nurse Arrested For Molesting Hospital Patient

LOS ANGELES (AP) ― A nurse at a San Fernando Valley hospital has been arrested on suspicion of molesting a patient.

Authorities say 37-year-old Ramon Eduardo Rodas Gaspar was picked up Friday and released on $150,000 bail.

His arrest capped a two-month investigation into allegations that he molested a patient at Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center. Police said they were looking at whether there might be other victims.

Police began investigating Gaspar in April after a 29-year-old woman alleged that he had molested her at the hospital's Tarzana campus.
