Man Injured In Pomona Shooting
POMONA, Calif.
A man was injured in a shooting in Pomona early Thursday morning, authorities said.
Police in Pomona responded to reports of shots fired in the 900 block of North Towne Avenue near East Alvarado Street around 12:15 a.m. and found the victim, Pomona police Lt. Joann Crabb said.
The wounded man was taken to County-USC Medical Center, she said, adding that his condition is not currently known.
"Two suspects were seen driving a silver vehicle at the time of the shooting," a Pomona police sergeant said. A description of those inside the vehicle has not bene provided.
