2 Shot In Drive-By Shooting
PACOIMA
Two people were shot in a drive-by attack on Louvre Street near Borden Avenue early Sunday morning, and both victims are reportedly stable at local hospitals.
Shots were fired from a car driving by 12801 Louvre Street at about 12:35 a.m., according to Los Angeles Police Department Lt. Sunil Dutta.
A bullet grazed a man's forehead. A woman was also shot. A relative of the identified woman, panicked by the gunfire, ran over the first woman accidentally, Dutta said.
Both victims were taken to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in stable condition.
The shooters, who used a 9 mm weapon in the attack, had not been identified or captured and the motive for the shooting was unknown.
