Man Found Dead In North Hills Swimming Pool

NORTH HILLS, Calif. A man drowned in a swimming pool at a North Hills apartment building on Sunday night, according to authorities.

The drowning was reported around 10:30 p.m., a watch commander at the Los Angeles Police Department's Mission Station said.

The victim had been swimming in a pool at an apartment on Sepulveda Blvd. and was later found lying at the bottom, a firefighter at the site told an On Scene Video camera crew. The man was
taken to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead.
